Start with one real, bounded piece of work. A small first room is easier to review, invite into and clean up than a broad catch-all workspace.

Choose one room experience

Use the room experience that matches the work:

• Client Room for prepared client deliverables and supporting files.
• Board Room for distributing a meeting pack or governance file set.
• Data Room for a smaller professional transaction or diligence file set.

These are three experiences inside one Dossira product. They do not create separate subscriptions, separate legal records or separate permission systems.

Add only what belongs in the first room

Before inviting anyone, decide:

• which files are ready to be shared;
• which internal people need persistent member access;
• which external people should receive only selected material;
• when the share should expire or be revoked; and
• where your organisation will record formal approvals, decisions and retention actions.

Current setup boundary

Dossira currently supports room, folder and file operations, accepted registered members, selected external shares, share expiry and revocation, and optional file-payload E2EE in supported member flows. It does not provide collaborative document editing, guest uploads, guest passkeys, customer-facing approvals or room sealing.
